This Act formed a formal Federation tricameral legislature, with the lowest two houses essentially serving as elected representatives to various executive branches, and the upper most house being the pure legislative branch of the Federation.

The Lagopians[1] are a species closely resembling anthromorphic foxes, with white fur, and an average height of 1.59m (5' 3"). They hail from the Fidecia Ceahria system, and are at present, a multi-system segment of the Federation, controlling four systems primarily centered in the Celarian Reach, and participants in many colonial ventures throughout the Alpha Quadrant.


Physiology

Like a lot of species, they are sexually dimorphic, and can reproduce with humans, with only a limited amount of medical intervention.
